- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Set aside. In your blender add sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil, milk and peeled bananas. Mix well.
- In a large mixing bowl sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a rubber spatula.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the center of your oven until it passes the toothpick test, about 45-50 minutes. Let it cool down for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a cooling rack.

Refrigerate - Wrap leftover banana bread in plastic wrap and place in an airtight container. Leave on counter for one or two days, refrigerate for longer.
Freeze - Completely cooled loaf can be wrapped in plastic wrap then aluminum foil and put in a freezer bag then freeze for up to 3 months. Individual slices can be double wrapped and frozen as well.

- 1 cup sugar 200g
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup milk
- 3 medium ripe bananas about 320g
- 2¼ all purpose flour 280g
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Set aside.
- In your blender add sugar, eggs, vanilla, oil, milk and peeled bananas. Mix Well.
- In a mixing bowl sift together flour, cinnamon flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
