Za'atar Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 2 Tablespoons Za'atar minx
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside
- Clean potatos and scrub well then cut each one into wedges about ½ inch thick.
- In a large bowl combine oil, za'atar and garlic powder.
- Pat wedges dry with a paper towel and dumb over the oil mixture.
- Toss to coat all wedges well.
- Transfer wedges to the prepared baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake in the center of your oven for 30 minutes tunrining them halfway through cooking using kitchen tongs or fork.
